The Training Division of the Northeast Guilford Fire Department is responsible for developing the next generation of firefighters, medics, and rescue professionals, as well as ensuring current members maintain peak operational readiness. Through structured instruction, realistic simulations, and ongoing development, the Training Division forms the backbone of NGFD's excellence.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, scenario-based training that prepares personnel for the dynamic and dangerous situations they face in the field. The Training Division ensures that all members are not only certified but also confident, ready to act with skill, safety, and speed in every response.
